... and its gorgeuos altarpiece with stunning decoration

• The church of Ste Madeleine was built in white stone and displays a gorgeous baroque altarpiece made in 1686 and restored in 2004.  It offers several scenes, statues and very interesting decorations.

• Don't hesitate to visit the castle of Johan de Cardailhac, built in 1500 by order of the Belleperche abbey.  Discover the gothic facade, the exceptional starcaise, the Renaissance style rooms and fireplaces.

• The church of Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption displays a baldachin representing the assumption of the Virgin.  It is specially rich in baroque decorations: the four Evangelists, the three divine persons... (Today is in phase of restauration).

• The church of Lachapelle was originally the castle chapel.  It became the church of the village in the XVth century.  Its interior architecture (1776) is made of moulding and polychromed wood.  The back of the church has arcade style galleries on two floors which gives it the appearance of an Italian theatre.
